About Position

The four essential responsibilities of this role are the following:

1. Design Options: The Designer is responsible for producing specific design deliverable options on multiple projects at different stages of the architectural process.

2. Documentation: The Designer is responsible for assisting with the production of technical drawings and deliverables.

3. Support Work Plan Execution: The Designer is responsible for supporting project execution by completing deliverables within the schedule and man hour parameters.

4. Manager Support: The Designer is responsible for providing proactive and high quality support to their manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Architecture
  • Strong sense of urgency for meeting weekly deadlines
  • Deep working knowledge of ArchiCAD, or a committed interest to learn and master it.
  • Fluent in 3D modeling and Adobe Suite
  • 0-3 years of professional experience
  • Strong ability to visually communicate design through drawings, diagrams, and details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and self motivation
  • Punctual and organized
