Lush and abundant shading provided by deep overhangs reflect this home's overarching pursuit toward tuscan comfort. Enhancing the atmosphere are artisanal tilings highlighting the high level of craft, and stucco finishes that blend Mediterranean and Californian sensibilities. Applied to the clusters of gabled volumes alight on perimeter volumes, this abode embodies a timelessness fit for our time.
With a priority on family living and raising active children, this home makes full use of the property's depth; deep carves on the ground floor allow for increased floor area on the second story which translates to spacious bedrooms and private space. The exterior yard space is capped with a home gym and office, maximizing interior program with a balance of outdoor space and natural light.
